  If there is going to be any form of payment then it's deemed a brothel. You will need to get the applicable permits etc from city council. The neighbours etc will all have to give permission. Then there is noise to consider, and parking and insurance ........ Sex on premises laws are extremely strict. If you then add alcohol to the mix it becomes even stricter. You could do it all on the sly, but if anything goes wrong, someone slips, there is a fire etc then not only will your building insurance not pay but neither any personal liability insurance. - Posted from rhpmobile

  Certainly do not allow random people into your home. I run a monthly public function for polyamorous people at the Polly Cocktail Bar in Fitzroy. I get to know people over time and then comes the private invite to my private house party. You're welcome to come along and see who you like and can trust.
